"I received extremely poor treatment from the staff at this restaurant for no apparent reason. When I politely mentioned to one employee that there was no need to be rude to me, she dismissed me and said she didn't care. I requested to speak to the manager in hopes of finding a customer service professional to address the issue. To my surprise, the employee who was involved in the incident claimed to be the manager. When I asked for her contact information, she refused to provide it. It became clear at that point that I was unlikely to receive any level of respectable customer service."
