"I am so happy with Simon's Chinese! I only wish i lived closer so they could deliver to me! I have tried a little of everything on their menu and have never been let down! I give it a 10 out of 10, 100%, thumbs up for the great service, food, and atmosphere! After I was there for a third time they remember me and chatted with me like i was a friend; how touching! their average wait-time for pick-up is 10 minutes! WOW! it takes me longer to get there! even by the time I get the food, drive home, get the plates and forks to eat with the family, sit down, i burn my tongue on the food every time! I can't wait to go back next week :"

"My son and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. We should have been suspicious when they were one of the few restaurants with available reservations at reasonable times. We used to visit Moongate when our children were young and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, our recent visit was a letdown. The service was terrible, with one employee serving as both server and hostess for the entire restaurant. We waited 15 minutes before she came to our table, another fifteen minutes before our drinks arrived, and almost 30 minutes before our dishes were served. Other tables around us were also experiencing poor service. Furthermore, the food was mediocre at best, with lackluster flavor and dishes served cold when they should have been hot. Even the spring rolls were disappointing. I even suggested to a nearby table of four to leave and find another restaurant due to their long wait for service. I also recommended to a couple waiting at the entrance for too long to go elsewhere. This was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning."

"This quaint local gem features a welcoming storefront with seating available. The staff is friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. You'll definitely get a lot for your money, as the dishes are reasonably priced. I recommend trying the breakfast or Mr. C's wrap—they're both fantastic. His chicken quesadilla is also a must-try. Everything is fresh and made to order, so you won't be disappointed. If you're in a hurry, you can order in advance; the turnaround time for takeout is about 15 minutes, which is quite good for made-to-order meals. Be sure to check the menu for daily specials. I've enjoyed both dining in and taking out. As for dietary restrictions, everything is cooked to order, so you can customize your meal to your liking."

"First off… I’ll start with the positive. In my opinion, the food is good and is fresh whenever I go to the restaurant.Other than that- The service is horrific. I have called numerous times throughout my time going to Alez restaurant to place an order… Only to arrive 30 to 40 minutes later and the food wasn’t ready. Inside, you can ALWAYS catch the guy up front on the phone taking myriads call to place a Haitian bollet for whoever is calling.After a while, I started to realize that the only reason that restaurant is still standing is because of so many people who call to play Haitian lottery- not the actual customers that come for the food. The reason why? There are hardly any customers there, no matter that day or time the place is always nearly empty so It’s fair to say that real money comes from lottery and not the food.I kept on giving them a try- partly to support my Haitian people and mainly because the office that I work at is not that far from Alez restaurant.Save yourself the time and go to Kreyol Restaurant instead- the people there are extremely professional, the food is good, the atmosphere is positive, and most importantly the paying customers for the food do not have to compete with the absence customers over the phone that needs to place $300 worth of Bollet."

"My sister and I are from Seattle and have been looking for a place on par with our fave place there. THIS IS IT. It has the fried chicken with crispy basil (that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else) which is a huge plus for me. They also have great chicken satay (moist, not at all dry, great seasoning) and a good chicken pad Thai. "I was craving crabs, so I called to ask about pricing. They were running a special: buy a dozen and get half a dozen free, which sounded great to me. They only had large and medium female crabs, but I was fine with that. While I would have preferred the large ones, the medium prices fit my budget better. The crabs were decent in size, though a few were on the smaller side. Regardless, I enjoyed them and plan to come back. I'm eager to try their large crabs next time!"
