"My husband picked up lunch for us on 7/28/22 and it seems like my Hermosa bowl was premade and came right out of the freezer. The fruit is rock hard frozen and it is not enjoyable or easy to eat. I am very disappointed. Update 8/15/22: After a lengthy email exchange with Cherry where I had to prove that I purchased a bowl, I received a free bowl added to my reward account. If it wasn't for the free bowl, I definitely would not have returned, so I appreciate the gesture."
