"We ordered two items to go, a combination pho and a pho with grilled beef. When we got home, we realized they had given us a meatball pho instead of what we ordered. Mistakes happen, but what disappointed us was the rude treatment we received when we called to correct the order. We were repeatedly asked if we were sure we had ordered the combination pho, which we had. When we returned to exchange the food, there was no apology or refund offered. They just added the correct meats with bare hands after touching non-food items. We had to ask for the toppings they had forgotten to pack. It was clear they didn't care about customer satisfaction. We will not be returning after this experience. It's important for restaurants to treat their customers well and apologize for mistakes. Instead, we ended up giving our food to the dog. Truly disappointing."

"Absolutely Delicious!! Vegans (and Vegetarians Celebrate!! PhoEver was absolutely gracious about our request for a Vegan Pho. It was perfect in every way, with lots of veggies and a scrumptious broth. They already have a Green (vegetarian Hue (Spicy on the menu, which is equally delicious. It was easily tweaked to be Vegan, and they were happy to create it that way for us. If you have any questions, ask for (the delightful and knowledgeable Lana she not only knew exactly what to do to create a deeply delicious vegan pho, but she made my husband an amazing grilled tofu/noodle dish that he declared to be the best he 'd ever eaten! YUM! (I would rank this 5 Cows but you can only give 4 Cows for a non veg exclusive restaruant. (They also have menu options of beef, chicken, etc. The vegan option was just our special request, but it was cheerfully and perfectly fulfilled."

"Very interesting experience here. Upon walking in the lady greeted us saying to sit anywhere. We told her that were going to order to take out, so we started looking at a menu, she told us to go to the bar top and look at the menu there. We asked if it was a different menu, she said no. So we were like okay?? Mind you only had one family sitting down and no one else was there. We started looking at the menu and she already made us feel like we were being rushed. Not even 5 seconds looking at the menu she's asking us what we wanted to order many times. my mother in law and daughter wanted water while we waited, seemed like she didn't even want to give us that, but she did. After ordering she seemed to of been giving us the receipt but ended up just taking the money and not showing or telling us the total. She than tells us to sit by the door to wait for our food, I asked her if we can sit at the bar stools since no one was there and my daughter was already comfortable and sitting down drinking her water. But nope, she pointed and told us to go to the other table by the door. So okay we did that. I already felt regretful to give this business service after being treated this way. I was hoping the food would be decent at least. Coming from vegas we noticed portion sizes are much smaller which is okay and the food was okay as well. I definitely won't be back, good thing we're just visiting."
