"Mixed feelings about this place. Been here twice and the first time, it was very good. The rice noodles and tofu were the best I'd had in a long time with lots of fresh (clearly fresh, not canned or frozen) vegetables in the bowl. Husband had pho, which he thought was good (he's not one for Asian food). Shrimp spring rolls were very tasty. But the second time was a bit of a let down. They didn't have the coffee my husband ordered, so they gave him Thai iced tea instead. Which was fine, except that it made him realize the Thai iced tea he ordered previously wasn't actually Thai tea at all, just plain old iced tea. The dumplings were tasty, no issues there. Then the entrees. I ordered the red curry and was asked if the yellow would be ok instead (reason for substitution unclear). And it was great, again with lots of fresh veggies, plenty of chicken, and a well-seasoned sauce. But no spice! So I asked for hot sauce, Siracha, etc. The waitress acted like I'd done something terribly offensive and said no, they didn't have anything like that. I'd had a bottle of siracha brought to me with my meal the previous visit! Her demeanor left us uncomfortable and confused through the end of the meal. Final note: why is this place empty every time I'm here? Has everyone else already figured out why not to eat here? No wait is a plus, but it leaves me feeling like something's not quite right with this place. Ultimately will likely be hunting for other Vietnamese places in the area."
