"Well I’ve been going to this place for years they had a location on Mendenhall and it was great so when they moved to Park I started going there. My order is always the same but today they got it wrong so when I took it back the woman who was doing the call ins got a attitude with me saying they don’t do substitutes so I tried explaining to her that I’ve been ordering the same food for over 15 years but she wasn’t listening to me so she told me it would be extra for what I wanted and I knew she was right because like I said I always get to same thing but her attitude was bad so I asked for a refund. I got the refund and and told her that they will be loosing a loyal customer and she said she didn’t care.So I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the owner so there it is I told her she was a terrible owner and I will not be coming back to my once favorite restaurant!"
