"I placed an order through Grubhub, and the experience was disappointing. The food was greasy, the corn on the cob was terrible, the broccoli was brown, and the coleslaw was unappetizing. I felt sorry for the driver because grease had leaked all over the bag, soaking through to the bottom and into his car. They didn’t have one of the two desserts listed on their menu, so they credited our order but never informed us or asked if we wanted a substitute. They also forgot the crab cakes we ordered. When I called about the missing items—three out of six—they put me in touch with the night manager, who informed me about the dessert issue but insisted she personally packed the crab cakes, implying either we were lying or the driver took them. Since the bag’s tape was intact, it’s clear she simply forgot. She repeatedly emphasized her role as night manager, seemingly to defend herself. I had also requested extra tartar sauce, and she said I would have to pay extra for it. Although that was fine, there was no option to order extra tartar sauce on the Grubhub menu, which she denied. Overall, the food was mediocre at best, and dealing with the night manager arguing over a $10 appetizer on a $120 order was frustrating. We won’t be ordering from here again—order at your own risk."
