"I recently ordered cupcakes from Billy’s for my sisters birthday. The cupcakes were extremely unaesthetic and overflowing with batter, see picture. I would have never ordered cupcakes as a gift having know they would have looked like this. I kindly contacted customer service to express my dismay and they were incredibly rude over email. They said “we sell food to eat” basically implying it was just an aesthetic issue. Completely inappropriate response to an issue that could’ve been smoothed other with a simple “sorry” it’s too bad as we’ve enjoyed Billy’s over the years but obviously will have to rethink our business moving forward."
