Additionally, I've noticed that the quantity of ice cream has diminished. The portion sizes are inconsistent—I ordered a Love It size but received a Like It size instead. I specifically requested butter pecan ice cream but ended up with sweet cream. I asked for extra caramel and got extra fudge instead. It felt like they simply gave me what they wanted rather than what I ordered.
I didn't take the order back because there was a football game happening and traffic was terrible. It took me 20-25 minutes just to get to Cold Stone. It's frustrating having only one Cold Stone in town."
