"I ordered my ice cream online, and when I arrived to pick it up, the customer service was unfortunately lacking. We weren't greeted at all, and the staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than serving us. We had to ask several times for spoons and a straw before they finally acknowledged us.
Additionally, I've noticed that the quantity of ice cream has diminished. The portion sizes are inconsistent—I ordered a Love It size but received a Like It size instead. I specifically requested butter pecan ice cream but ended up with sweet cream. I asked for extra caramel and got extra fudge instead. It felt like they simply gave me what they wanted rather than what I ordered.
I didn't take the order back because there was a football game happening and traffic was terrible. It took me 20-25 minutes just to get to Cold Stone. It's frustrating having only one Cold Stone in town."
