"The food is great, but their reservations system is the worst. I called and left a message requesting a table at a date 11 days out; they called back and left me a message giving me two options, and asked me to call back to confirm. I called back right away with my preferred time, and again left a message, but never heard back. Of course, when we arrived they told me they had no record of my reservation. What an insane reservation system, and how disrespectful it felt to schedule out a very special dinner almost two weeks in advance, only to have the restaurant drop the ball! We ended up at Torme, where we had a wonderful $400 dinner."
