"Omni Hotels are always renowned for their excellent food, service, and luxurious guest rooms, and my most recent stay at this hotel was no exception. I arrived around 1:45 and was told there would be a slight wait for the room, but I said I’d get a text once the room was ready. Within 15 minutes, I received the text. Stone checked me in; he was friendly and welcoming and gave an overview of the hotel and its many amenities. I was not fond of the bulk hotel toiletries, so I asked if the travel-sized amenities were still available. Stone immediately called up housekeeping and had some travel-size amenities sent to the room, which I greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful; it was in the corner and had two balconies with a front bay view and a USS Lexington view; the room also had a spacious bathroom larger than most bathrooms in this hotel. The beds were super comfortable and provided an excellent night’s sleep, and although there was some street noise, it died down at around 11:00 PM. The food here was better than last year, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals at the Glass Pavilion and the coffee from Morsel’s. The service here was also excellent; every staff encounter I had always ended with “Have a nice day, enjoy your stay, thank you for staying with us” with a smile, and Saul, Alex, and Santos all provided excellent service. The only part I didn’t like about the stay was leaving the hotel when my Corpus trip was over.
