"utopia grill in west milford, nj thinks a philly bbq steak sandwich is cold cut roast beef, served with a piece cold cheese and BBQ sauce. that's what they gave me on 4/15/2022, I told the manager that that was sandwich not bad, but not what I ordered. if they put the word philly there in the names, it has a certain and undisputed meaning that understands the public. it has to be cooked thinly cut bark on a grill with swirl and served with melted cheese. it's not a cold sandwich. she was ashamed that philly can be anything she decides. I therefore decided to give this review. because she wasn't apologetic or reconciling and decided for me. so, after their logic, a Belgian waffel can be a pfanncake. manhattan clam chowder doesn't have to be red. I can continue with kentucky fried chicken, french fries, english muffin, etc."
