"We made a reservation and arrived on time, getting seated quickly. However, it took 15 minutes for the hostess to come back and take our drink order, during which she mentioned they were running behind. After that, things started to deteriorate. I understand they're short-staffed, but perhaps they should consider not seating more guests under the circumstances. Once we finally ordered drinks, it took an additional 20-30 minutes to have our food orders taken for our group of five. The food arrived in a disorganized manner, with no apparent order; as soon as a dish was ready, it was served, which I somewhat appreciated, but it created a sense of chaos. The environment felt chaotic, and despite the situation, they continued to seat more guests. Throughout our time there, I didn’t see a supervisor or manager at all. It was tough on the staff and the patrons alike. On a positive note, the food itself was quite good."
