He went to speak with the cook, who then came over, loudly insisting that he hadn’t added any blue cheese. I reiterated that it was there, and he continued to raise his voice, eventually saying he would make me another one. I explained that I didn’t want a replacement.
The cook’s attitude was quite aggressive, so I decided to leave. I expected to receive an apology or a refund, not to be yelled at by the very person who had messed up my order. It was very unprofessional, and I won’t be returning."
