"I ordered two lunch specials, but unfortunately, everything was prepared incorrectly. I have a strict allergy to onions, which I clearly specify with each order, requesting no onions and no vegetables with the rice. To make matters worse, my order was missing two soups, and the delivery person called me to say he was in the lobby. I've ordered from this restaurant numerous times before, but this time, my food ended up being given to my neighbor in a wheelchair. I called the delivery person right after he had just told me he was in the lobby, and I had already informed the restaurant about being outside at the picnic tables—where I was the only customer. Despite this, my rude neighbor chose to eat my meal. The delivery person advised me to contact the restaurant, and they said they would replace the fried scallops but mentioned they were busy.
When I opened the rest of the containers, my cousin and friends were shocked to find that my food had gone to someone else; the rice and General Tso's chicken were covered in scallions, and the shrimp and rice still had vegetables in it, despite my request for them to be plain. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with their service; my previous dinner order was also missing soup and silverware. I had specifically asked for no sauce, no tartar, and no cookies, but I also requested plastic silverware since a friend was joining me for lunch. Sadly, I had to throw everything away. If my order is not replaced, I will need to dispute the charge with my Capital One credit card, especially since I was also billed for delivery and left an extra tip for the driver."
