I watched as the person behind the counter took multiple cards from other customers before attending to mine, swiping it several times. The machine was clearly malfunctioning, yet instead of addressing the issue, she simply questioned what was wrong with it. Now, instead of a meal for two, I've been charged double, tying up my funds in the process. When I raised my concerns, they acted as if there was nothing they could do, yet they had no issue taking my money in the first place. I was advised to speak with my bank, but perhaps the staff should slow down and stop rushing customers out the door. I work hard for my money, and it’s frustrating to feel taken advantage of in establishments like this."
