"After placing a to go order at this restaurant and waiting for very close to 20 minutes, I noticed that people were leaving that came in after me. I also noticed the family that was behind me in ordering were already at their table and eating. I tried to bring this to the staffs attention but they were especially rude about it (primarily Samantha- at least that is the name I was given upon requesting it). They could have really just checked to see if my order had been handed off to someone else. I received a refund and no food after wasting so much time. I was quite looking forward to my meal and was really disappointed in the service at this establishment. The cashier did provide some level of friendliness and concern."
