Try the 4-pound bags of Crawdads with optional sausage and corn - all cooked together for a unique and tasty experience. The fried catfish with fries is also a must-try and absolutely delicious. "I ordered a few pounds of crawfish online and was quickly notified that my order was ready. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service. However, I believe the crawfish was not cooked for long enough as the garlic remained very fresh and pungent. This may have been why my order was ready so quickly. In response to the owner's engagement, I have added another star to my review and appreciate their responsiveness. I must clarify that I do not eat crawfish regularly and was assuming there was a standard cooking time. Lesson learned."
