"Good donuts but worst at customer service. Went to get a donut that was forgotten in my bag... the man (which we have heard a lot of not so great things before) told me I needed to pay, he also didn’t even help me (he is the owner from what I’m told).. which I had already paid.. went over and over and added it with them about already paying... they refunded (which I didn’t want) but they did it to someone else’s card and not mine. It was a complete mess over just wanting to get the 1 donut. Even waited and let them take care of everyone else before just getting my donut. Either they have a hard time understanding or they really really don’t care about customer service. Over a donut.... we have gone there for a long time (even though they are much higher than the others and have double charged us in the past but we just let it go... we will stick to the one down the road...Don’t ever pay cash and always check your donuts before leaving..."
