"If it weren’t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee’s would’ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I’ve never experienced this before. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing our main course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn’t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like we are being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Everything else like the food, prices and atmosphere were good at this restaurant. I hope all guests can be treated fairly and consistently."

"I recently had dinner at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person was between $20-30, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of the meal. The food was top-notch and I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff that made the dining experience even better. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great, I would rate it 5 out of 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience."

"I had and still have great hopes on this restaurant. but every time I dive, we sit for 15-20 minutes before we are greeted by a server. in a seemingly empty restaurant. I tried to use the doubt. but every time, my family sits without server, we are laboriously greeted and rushed through our order, as we sit waiting other tables are welcomed quickly and warm. a young man was so natural with us, never once greeted us after he had waited for 10 min for the table, he literally said the cute on the table, “are you ready?” but then was a coworker or friend sitting in his section and he spent his whole time talking to her about work and weekend plans. he welcomed all his other tables cordially and quickly. same happened tonight, we waited 20 min on our server, although she was friendly, it is hard to overlook how all her other tables were greeted within moments of being fed. in the past we were polite and respectful, tipp 20,% so I don't think I'm on the bad drinking money list. please talk to their servers about equal treatment, do not take from what they see that their tip will be subpar, so they give subpar service."

"We had to Erin 3x for sause. I am not sure where Erin goes after taking our order but we have to wait till she returns to ask for refills, you may ask why... cause NOT one other staff member would make eye contact. If Erin had to work in back (do to weather. Which is very possible) the other staff should have covered her tables. All you can eat only has 6 pieces come at 1x. So dont order if you dont have the time to keep waiting. Waited 10 mins for each plater of only 6. Which took 2.2 secs to eat"

"I've had an issue with the online ordering not showing the restaurant my removal request for nuts. The manager (Conrad) called to apologize and let us what was happening with that which was very much appreciated. He gave a recommendation on how to order in the future so we could make sure the kitchen knows about our allergy which was super helpful because Applebee's is my boyfriend and I'd favorite place to get food from. Anyways the online system error sucks but it's really nice to know that the managers at this place genuinely care about issues like this and are so passionate about it."

"I have to say honestly, this place really has to bring him together. it's about the 4th time I was at this place and it won't be better. "On May 5th, 2022, the service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The server was slow in bringing our food, our drinks were not prepared correctly, and we ordered drinks on the rocks but only received one, which arrived late and almost finished with our meal. The male manager displayed arrogance and made inappropriate comments to my family, who were in town for my brother's funeral. He mentioned that he had also experienced a loss in his family, but the only thing he could offer us was the subpar service we had received. Thankfully, Ms. Lisa stepped in to rectify the situation by refilling our drinks and bringing the correct order. Despite the manager's unpleasant demeanor, Ms. Lisa provided excellent service and even mentioned her wonderful son. She made sure our table was taken care of, despite the complaints from other patrons. Thank you, Ms. Lisa, for your exceptional service! On a positive note, the men's restroom was clean and well-maintained."

"Visited Applebee's on Airport Thru way, Columbus, Ga. Dreamed of a delicious Ribeye Steak with Salad and Potatoes. The climate upon entrance very inviting. The hostess was very pleasant and granted my wish of where I wanted to sit by the window. My Waiter, Mr. Legendary was very helpful in sharing what I wanted to eat and accommodating my wants. He is very professional,caring, not in a hurry. Returned several times to see if my food and accessories were to my liking. Legendary adds flavor to the establishment! I was introduced to the Manager, Ms. Katrina, who greeted me with a smile and invitation to please return. She was very courteous and caring. I will return in the future with friends and especially myself because of the niceness of Legendary. My meal was the Tomato Basil Soup, House Salad with Ranch dressing, Bread Bars and Alfredo Sauce, Lemonade/Water, Median well 12 Oz. Ribeye Steak, Mashed potatoes. It was all pretty and tasty to my palate. Had to gave a Goody bag to go home. A great experience. Also Legendary knows the Menu he shares. Sunday, August 13, 2023"

"Our waitress, Hot, was attentive right from the start. She brought our coffee and sweet tea promptly, followed by a delicious meal! We enjoyed baked cheeses that were absolutely delightful. We shared the house salad and savored a fantastic lime chicken with rice. For dessert, my mom had the chocolate cake with ice cream, while I opted for a blonde brownie with ice cream. Next time, we plan to try the Tipsy Puree drink and explore more lunch options. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!"

"This is not something I usually do as I have worked in the restaurant business for 23 years. Today my son and I came for lunch and we were greeted very promptly by a nice man(may have been the manager) we were seated and told that someone would be right with us. They were not busy at all and I do understand staffing issues, but it was 15 min before we were even approached for a drink. A young girl came over stating she was not a server but she was getting our drinks.. We finally got our drinks and waited another 10 minutes for our server to show up. She was very cold and short with us almost seemed annoyed we were there. We ordered our entrees and 2 salads. It took another 15 to 20 minutes before our salads were brought out again by the 1st young girl. Our food eventually showed up and and was definitely not prepared the way it usually is. We order the same thing every time. By this time our drinks were completely empty and our server Jenny C had no intentions of filling them as she began to walk away. I asked her for refills which she eventually brought although she seemed annoyed. She never came back to check on us although although our entire side of the restaurant was completely empty. I was very disappointed in my entree as I mentioned before it was prepared differently with A different sauce. I did ask her to bring extra sauce and she brought a teriyaki sauce and flung it on the table. I poured it all over my pasta and chicken entree then realizing that it was teriyaki sauce instead of the honey barbecue sauce it was supposed to be. As mentioned before she never came back to check for me to complain. So $50 for a very disappointing lunch. We came here specifically for this meal because it is my son's favorite and we were celebrating him getting his license today. Jenny missed out on a good tip by being annoyed with us. Do better! Very disappointed"

"My husband and I went there for our anniversary and of course since it was on a Saturday, we knew there would be a wait and that was ok. Once we got a text saying that our time had come to sit at a table, we went inside from waiting in our vehicle which was no problem. We was sat at a corner table by the host that greeted us and waited for the waiter to come, we waited for 35-40 minutes on a waiter! A manager passed our table, and multiple waiters passed our table and flat out ignored us! Not even a simple hello Or I 'm sorry for your wait, we are extremely busy. ? no drinks either.....we just sat there! What a horrible restraunt!!! My husband and I walked out and Texas Roadhouse gladly took us in. Will not return!"

"My husband and I used to love this place but for some reason after Covid hit the service became non-existant so we stopped coming. Last night my mother-in-law wanted to come here and have dinner. I thought maybe it changed so I agreed to take her. Place was a little busy, but just like I remember service was pretty bad. We waited a while before someone finally came around to take our order, then it took a while to cone out. My steak was cooked wrong but I just ate it anyway. After we were done we had to flag down our server to get our bill. I'm pretty patient when it comes to the restaurant industry since I use to be a server in my 20's, I understand it's not the easiest job but I never ignored my customers no matter how busy I was. I have no idea if these servers are in the back and on their phones instead of taking care of their customers, but I definetly won't be back. This was literally the last chance they had to win me over again."
