"I showed them my confirmation email, but they continued to dispute my order and suggested I call support for the app. I had already paid and expected to receive my meal without this hassle. After some back and forth, they eventually found my order sitting right there on the counter all along, while they continued to argue with me.
To make matters worse, they forgot the juice that was supposed to come with the meal. The quesadilla was just a plain cheese one, and there were strange red pieces mixed in that seemed out of place. It's clear that they need to improve their customer service skills, learn to read names on bags properly, and ensure food isn't contaminated. I understand this is mall food, but picking up a mobile order shouldn't be such a challenge."
