"Every time we stay at the hotel right above Cold Stone, we always make it a point to visit. We have never been disappointed! The establishment is extremely clean. Yes, the lines can be long, but hey, it's Cold Stone! The staff is consistently friendly and patient, especially with my three boys. During our visit, there was a promotion with Nintendo Switch, and some Nintendo figurines were on display. My oldest son inquired about how to get them, but unfortunately, they weren't for sale as they were just for display. However, one employee went above and beyond to promote the event—who does that?! It was so impressive! Overall, we have no complaints, and we've been coming here for a little over three years (twice a year). "
