Reservation made well in advance for 2, however waiting 20 minutes to be seating after checking status while several others came in after us, even larger parties being seated before us. "I visited Firebirds for my birthday dinner with my husband, and our waitress, Heather, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The meal was generally good. I ordered the filet and shrimp; while the filet wasn't cooked to my liking at first, they kindly took it back and prepared it again. The shrimp could have been served hotter, but it was still delicious. I also had the scalloped potatoes, which were very good and had a nice sharp flavor that I enjoyed. My husband ordered the salmon, which he said was excellent, although the baked potato wasn’t fully cooked. Heather took care of that by sending it back, but it was still underdone upon return. Overall, I would rate the food at 4.5 out of 5. I had a pineapple martini that was very tasty, and we received a complimentary dessert, which I believe was tiramisu cheesecake—it was excellent. Firebirds has always been a bit on the pricey side, but I believe you get what you pay for. This wasn’t our first experience at the restaurant, so we knew what to expect. Overall, I would definitely dine there again."

"the experience we had on October 14 at firebird was excellent. our server (jake) was relatiw new and has made a very good job while we communicate well with our table of 4. the manager on duty (julie) came to our table and updated us to the availability of firebirds. interestingly, I had just received an e-mail that explains this option to the males. our table added julie to the professional training that seems to have their personal for new employees at place and place, and I thanked julie that I couldn't maintain that for wine program at place and place. as they know, we surpass this fee probably by other entries and an increased tipp on server. Go on! that is a dream"

"We both ordered the $40 pre fixe that comes with an appetizer, entree and dessert! Both of us had the BLT salad with blue cheese…cold, crisp and tasty! She had the grilled sirloin steak MR with a baked potato and I had the Salmon and shrimp entree with ancient grains and asparagus! A side of steamed broccoli. We finished with a brûlée cheesecake and the seasonal bread pudding pumpkin pecan . We started with a lobster and spinach dip. The pineapple martini and a couple glasses of the Cabernet. With tip….$185.00 We enjoyed everything and because it’s close to home we have been on multiple occasions!"

"I absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere here! Everything was delicious and the waitress was so amazing. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. You guys really have amazing staff here. My partner got the Durango burger which was delicious with fries, I got the garlic sirloin steak with a loaded baked potato and I loved it. We shared a crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert. He also enjoyed your signature pineapple martinis! I had a pineapple drink as well, something off the mock tail menu. Which was delicious! Thanks for the great night out. We also shared Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls which were to die for! Little spicy but I loved them! I do have to add though, I only have two complaints. The pineapple agua Fresca drink was a bit too lime forward for me. It was really sour. I enjoyed it regardless but it says on the menu that it?s blended with charred pineapple and I was expecting to get more of that flavor. But like I said I enjoyed it regardless. My main complaint though is that I believe Firebirds needs to try to make their booths a little larger. Or at least make it so the table can move. My partner and I are on the bigger side and so the table was jabbing us in the ribs the entire time. I didn?t want to be bothersome so I didn?t ask for another table but it was uncomfortable. The table was bolted to the wall so it didn?t move. If it had moved I would?ve felt better. Regardless I enjoyed my experience and I?ll definitely be back again. Next time I?ll sit at a table! ?"

"Today was my first time visiting Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for a family outing. We had a great time. The restaurant’s ambiance is adherently chic. Nice and upscale decor accompanied by the perfect lighting that balances the comfortable seating. One of their main pieces is the large wine rack that is a part of the wall. Another attraction is the high rise top shelf liquor collections that provides a glass like wall that compliments the bar. I sampled the lobster and spinach appetizer. I ordered the Cilantro Grilled Chicken with pilaf rice, and their signature Firebirds Perfect Margarita, a Coca Cola, and carrot cake. Everything was flavored, savory, and delicious. Nice and friendly staff. Thank you, Jane! Parking spaces walking distance to the restaurant. Reasonable prices."

"We originally went to take advantage of the three for $34 deal. We were unaware that all the food came on one plate. The marketing was confusing as we thought we were ordering individually. The taste of the food was decent, but the service from our waitress was lacking. She mentioned her mind wasn't there, and it was evident they were understaffed. She brought bread without informing us, and when we asked for plates, they never arrived. We ended up eating the bread off the bread plate. They also brought drinks without straws. When it was time to place our orders, our waitress was unaware of the deal we were there for and had to ask us twice after we had already ordered. My companion's steak was not cooked to his liking (medium well) as he was not asked how he wanted it prepared. We frequent this restaurant at least twice a month, and this was not the experience we were expecting."

"Our first time dining at Fork Lore and it was a great choice! Our waitress was a delight, sharing her personal favorites and we made our choices from there. My husband and I both had the trout grilled with just salt and pepper which came with a refreshing slaw on top. So delicious!! I chose asparagus and glazed carrots as my sides and was delighted. "A friend of ours recommended we try The Boundary House. He said it was a hidden gem and I have to agree. We came on a Wednesday evening and although they looked very busy, we were seated immediately. The restaurant is spacious and the booths have plenty of room, which is a big plus in my book. Our server, Richard, was excellent. So helpful and you could tell he had been working there for a while. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and kept our drinks refilled without having to ask. We ordered the Hot Crab dip as an appetizer and it was pretty good. We also ordered the Basket of Croissants and most of us loved them. The guys in our party thought they were too sweet, but I thought they were perfect. I could eat the whole basket all by myself. We ordered our entrees and they quickly brought us our salads and soup. The blue cheese dressing is homemade and I loved it. We all loved our entrees. I ordered the Hurricane Chicken and it was absolutely scrumptious. The crab cake that is included with it was excellent. We are usually near Myrtle Beach at least once or twice a year and this will definitely be a place we return to. Definitely recommend!!"

"My wife, daughter, and I visit True Food at least twice a week. It is one of our favorite restaurants in the area where we live. However, on this particular day, our experience was not good. It started with the unprofessional behavior of the waitress. Although my wife could better explain the details of this experience, I feel the need to communicate it as well. My wife and I ordered the OG burger, requesting it to be cooked well done. However, it arrived after a 25-minute wait, cooked medium well with too much pink inside. The waitress' response was not appropriate. I called the restaurant's phone number while seated and requested to speak with a manager. I observed the hostess speaking with the manager, but she never came to our table to address the issue. Another employee eventually brought our meals after a long wait and rudely asked us to cut open the burger to check if it was cooked to our liking. This behavior was unacceptable. "excellent customer service. on the other night my man and I had dinner in a favorite restaurant of us, firebirds. my man ordered a new yorker strip and unfortunately it was a very hard, chewing steak. he has not complained about his meal until the manager mike warner appeared at our table to ask how our meal was. at this time my man shared his dissatisfaction with his steak. mike apologised and offered him another steak, which was refused because he had already eaten half of it. mike asked him several times if he could replace the meal. after mike had left the table, mike came back to us and we could say that mike wanted to correct the error and then offered him dessert, which we refused. at this place said mike that the only possibility to correct this situation was to take the meal out of our bill. of course we were very satisfied with this decision and then we shared with mike that we appreciate this, as we often visited this restaurant. we will continue to dine at firebirds and appreciate the excellent customer service that mike warner has shown this evening."

"the imperfect margarita. I saved on holy evening and had a wonderful meal and a fantastic waiter called bobbie. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering the alleged perfect margarita. it was literally the worst margarita I ever had. I don't think it contained tequila, but it seemed to be a straight glass of pure acid mixture. it ended up with me a stomach ache instead of the beautiful warm glow lamp that I usually have after a goat cocktail. it ruined what else was a positive culinary experience. when I waited for my car to warm up. With inflation, the prices have gone up, but the menu is large and includes items that will work for almost any budget. The burgers and steaks were especially tasty, but the onion rings were quite memorable too. My husband keeps talking about his BLT salad and he's not usually one to comment much on food. He must have been really impressed. Oh, and the drinks...I can't forget to mention the drinks because they were outstanding. So much better than what you normally find at chain restaurants. Yum! "Come here because I was waiting for my car to be fixed in the shopping center.. One of the cutest hidden gems in Los Feliz. I love that the environment is a cute family friendly atmosphere. My server, Alex was awesome. He was super attentive (without being over baring) and gave wonderful recommendations. I ordered the Santa Fe omelette, which was cooked to perfection. It was a decent serving size as well, enough for me to eat and not be overstuffed yet full. I love the fact that there, breakfast, lunch, and dinner has so much variety. And this place has reasonable prices especially for the amount of food you get. I will definitely be back to try more items from the menu, and some of their drinks as well. They also have a really cool seasonal menu for the holidays that I have to check out."
