"I visited Gong Cha to celebrate finishing some work and walked in with my friend, only to be immediately overwhelmed by all the choices. We asked Dre, the gentleman at the front, for help with his favorites. He recommended the London Fog, which is Earl Grey tea with brown sugar syrup, and quickly added my favorite jellies. He was incredibly fast, sweet, relaxed, and super friendly. While I loved the tea, it was really Dre who made me want to return. It just goes to show how much an employee can impact your experience.
