"My wife myself visited the Brick Bourbon Restaurant in Maple Grove during a recent trip to visit family friends in the Minneapolis area. The drinks, food service were all exquisite! We liked it so much that we made a return trip 2 days later for lunch. My wife had one of their macaroni cheese plates the first trip the Hot Honey Chicken Waffles the second. Mine was their Sirloin Steak Sliders Anytime Monte the second. All of our food was great not to take away from their food but you must try the Smoking Gun Maple Old Fashioned! Worth every penny. Excellent drink fun as it's served in a oak smoked hooded glass pedestal that you decide when to release the smoke. We tried other drinks also the ones we tried were all excellent. Almost wished to live back in the area to make regular visits. (Too cold in the winter though so maybe one will show up in our home of Florida)"

"While the drinks and food may be decent, the owners’ behavior should give you pause before supporting them. They show little regard for the staff who keep their business running, despite claiming otherwise. Actions speak louder than words. Throwing your entire team out of work with no notice is one of the lowest things a business owner can do, and that's exactly what happened at their St. Cloud location. The staff learned about the closure only on the day it happened, with no prior information about the supposed remodel. If it truly was about a remodel, wouldn’t it have been planned out properly? It’s not difficult to provide employees with a couple of weeks' notice—especially considering that this is the standard requirement when staff members leave. The lack of communication reflects poorly on their character. Shame on them."

"Overall, the food was quite delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the cream dessert, which was probably my favorite dish. However, I found the Yukon mashed potatoes to be lacking compared to the rest of the menu, and everything was served at best lukewarm—nothing was hot. The seafood seemed to be of good quality, and the prices were reasonable. However, since I live in Alexandria, I would prefer to make the extra 15-minute drive to a steakhouse about an hour and ten minutes northwest of me. Therefore, I’m unlikely to return, but that's the only reason."
