"Not up to the quality we expect perhaps it was because it was Christmas Eve….salad had brown edged lettuce that has never happened at any Anthony’s and the usual amount of shrimp on the salad not the same. "Friday night. Bday dinner for mom. Sat near the bar area close to the fire. Server was awesome! Food was great as always! There was a table of five near us, and a couple of the guys had consumed a bit too much alcohol. Swearing and tension at their table as it seemed the two friends may tussle. Cooler heads prevailed and they stumbled to the bathroom. Other than that anomaly all was good"

"If you are from out of town, I highly recommend the King Salmon. There is nothing like it in any place I lived east of the Mississippi. Before 5:30 during the week, they have a $33 special that is a great deal. Have your reservation start at 5:15 and you can order that special even if it’s past 5:30 by the time you place your order. With that being said, we waited about 1 hr for our entrees after ordering while we watched other tables turn with new customers. There might be some prioritization issue in the kitchen or our order was way too complicated. We were here the day after new years. I found the Northwest Salmon Duet to be a sub par dish. Salmon was a bit dry and the shrimp were tiny with no sauce. The rice with almonds and raisins were very good!"

"Heard about this place and wanted to try, decided to go for my birthday dinner. I arrived early 4pm, I had choice of patio, dining room or bar seating. I was informed live music was in the bar, so I opted to dine in the bar. Music was a local artistwith a guitar playing a variety of popular music. I think the waiter was new because he handed me a patio (happy hour) menu. The patio menu had a great selection of food and drink specials. I asked if dinner was being served and if so what time. Hedidn't know and left to ask, he returned with a dinner menu. When I arrived, so did four other tables. The waiter was the mainserver and did a good job keeping track of who arrived when and served accordingly. He handled the rush well. I ordered the pawncocktail, bacon wrapped dates and Anthony's Crab stack. The crab stack and cocktail came out together and the dates took alittle longer. The crab stack was amazing, flavorful, colorful and had large chunks of crabmeat. The prawn cocktail wasbeautiful presented with large chilled pawns (tails down) on nugget ice with a wedge of lemon and a small dish of cocktailsauce. The dates arrived in short order still warm. These dates were stuffed with brie cheese and almond then drizzled withbalsamic vinegar and honey. The flavors are amazing and some of the best stuffed dates I've ever enjoyed. My only complaint is,I was expecting more of a variety of fish dinners. Maybe, these items are reserved for weekday specials and holidays. However, Iwould recommend Anthony's and I would definitely visit again. I was very pleased with the food and service."

"What a waste of time and money. NOWHERE does it state this place is being demolished next week. the place was run down and no one was there to work. "We recently ate at Anthony's, and we loved it. We were there for an early dinner and we able to eat outside with a view overlooking the falls. Beautiful! The scenery was amazing and lucky for us the temperature outside was perfect. Our waitress was friendly and prompt. She checked on us several times. She also let us know that the outdoor area had been closed due to the heat for the past several weeks, so we were lucky to be there when we were. Due to the early hour, we were able to order the Sunset Dinner, and we chose an extra appetizer which seems like a pretty good deal. I started with the Shrimp Cocktail. This was not what I typically think of when I think shrimp cocktail but was a sundae glass filled with shredded lettuce and chopped celery with dozens of tiny shrimps on top and a spoonful of cocktail sauce. I thought it was incredibly tasty. Next I had the Smoked Salmon Dip. This was a ramekin of chunky smoked salmon pate with a half dozen crackers, capers, and chopped red onion. Again, I thought it was sensational. My entree was the sole. Thin filets, crusted and fried over pilaf and sauteed snap peas. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. Dessert was chocolate mousse. With whipped cream and shaved chocolate, I was very happy. The portions for the Sunset Dinner were not huge, but I left feeling quite full and very happy. I'd definitely return to Anthony's."

"Pretty disappointed. Went for a birthday dinner for my wife. I have heard good things about the Anthony's so I thought it would be the place to celebrate on a Friday night. Made the reservation and everything was good up until that point. We asked for fried calamari for appetizer and it was pretty good. Server asked if we wanted sourdough bread and we said yes. 30 to 40 minutes later, bread never arrived but our dinner did. My wife ended up with prawn dinner and I had the sirloin. Wife wasn't impressed said her food was overcooked and I would say similar on my end. I asked for my steak to be rare but it was more of a medium to a medium well. I've always been told to go more conservative with how you want your steak but this is probably the first time the opposite happen. The potatoes and peas were alright but for the price I wasn't impressed. I can say I went but I'll look elsewhere for my fine dining. Atmosphere was nice."

"I thought I was going to like this place bc off the bat, the food in the pictures look like it taste amazing. Let me start off by saying I 'm MEXICAN. And trying to find anything close to authentic in AZ. Is nearly Impossible. Even if it wasn 't authentic I expected it to still be at least have flavor or taste good. But wow I was so disappointed, once again. Successful places like these, motivate me to want to open a Mexican restaurant. It 's the fact that a good amount of ppl enjoy certain dishes and to me, it 's below average. The only thing I liked was the 3 dip chips! Cheese dip 8/10 Salsa dip 10/10 Fried black beans 8/10 I had the Poblano stuff peppers 1/10 and the only flavor it had was the the cheese. Which btw was the cheese dip cheese ; and the rice was just made w water, no salt or none. The corn was ok but it had cumin seasoning it threw me off My bf had the Hatch Pork Chile Verde, and it was prob better than mine but still trash lol maybe 2/10 We also had house margaritas 6/10 Which it had more alcohol lol. More like juice."

"A sun filled evening dining outside at Anthony's, light breeze, and a smiling Lila, and Logan who brought smiles, and very good food from the kitchen. The chef was highlighting fish and berries. My husband had one of the fish specials, and I had a grilled salmon/raspberry salad. The salad flavor was delicious. The dessert was a dark chocolate mousse. Hey! It was an anniversary and we were celebrating! We shared the mousse, and smiled a lot while we slowly enjoyed the decadence! Thanks to Anthony's for celebrating with us once again. "Ordered Trout fillet, very good size but almost no taste in the seasoning or the breading. Asked the waiters to come by and fill up the waters three times before we got service. Seemed to cater to a specific group of people and paid no mind to those who weren't the usual crowd. I placed a reservation about an hour and a half before, and arrived 5 minutes prior to my reservation. I watched them take multiple people that just walked in without even checking in with the hostess, so there's a definite good ole boys club thing going on there, wouldn't recommend to anyone visiting the Seattle/Des Moines area. That being said the views of the marina and the bay were beautiful and the abeyance was great."

"The serving staff was very professional. Our waiter made everything sound great! I could tell she was trained... Not necessarily a real vibe from her. I commend her for the professionalism. The crab dip was "too fishy for some. I noticed salad shrimp in it. I 'm sure that 's why. Why is there shrimp in a crab dip? The Alaskan sea scallops could have been cooked by a sear to each side. I feel like someone dipped them into a deep fryer. No good! The rice needs more flavor/sauce. Over all I like the marina atmosphere. The chocolate cake was awesome!"

"Wanted to try March Oyster Fest. This was a repeat of new years celebration that appear to be an off day for Anthony 's. We enjoyed our favorite types of oysters, with my wife trying the black cod, and I opted for Halibut fish and chips. These were on the special today menu and happened to be both our favorites. All dishes were stellar, especially the oysters. The restaurant excelled in speed to seating (we arrived 1 minute after our reservation time), we were taken right to a 2 person table immediately after presenting ourselves. Mattie our wait staff was great, explained everything and was super friendly. She found the right amount of attention without, over doing it. Nothing took long to get to the table, which is amazing as each of the oysters had to be shucked. No signs of sand nor shell in each of the oysters so skillful hands must have been preparing them, with care. The varieties we ordered are delicate and very tiny (Olympia, Kumamoto, Baywater Sweets). All paired well with a Kendall Jackson Sauvignon Blanc. Anthony 's is a place we celebrate occasions and they delivered. As I have previously reviewed Anthony 's on New Years Eve, where they had challenges that night. It appears that they took each of the observations and made targeted improvements. I guess when friends give you advice, and it is constructive, it only strengthens the relationship. Cheers!"

"We had NYE dinner at Anthony’s. All three of us left disappointed with the quality of food. For what we paid and it being in Seattle, we were expecting a very good meal. Seafood tower was a sad sight and taste. The chilled lobster tail on the tower was the worst lobster my husband has had. And our main dishes left us very frustrated considering they were just eeeh. We won’t be going there if we visit again."
