"I used to really enjoy coming here, but I have to say that recently, the experience has declined. I visited a couple of times lately, and it seems they’ve had to make a lot of changes due to the pandemic. Now, the entire food and drink ordering process is quite tedious and inconvenient, as everything has to be done through your phone. To make matters worse, when I finally received my food, the quality was noticeably worse than I remember. It used to taste freshly made, but now I wouldn’t be surprised if they were just microwaving things. The burger sliders were incredibly dry."
