"The quality of the food has taken a significant downturn. Initially, I really enjoyed the taste and sweetness of the pork; it was the second-best Grilled Pork Banh Mi I had ever had. However, it seems like the restaurant has started cutting corners, or perhaps they changed chefs. Today, my wife ordered it for me, and I can only describe it as an unidentifiable meat substance. There was something that looked like undercooked pig skin, but I couldn't quite tell what the meat on both sides was. I really wish this restaurant would return to its previous standards."
