"We started with the Double Black Diamond cocktails, which we thoroughly enjoyed. For our meal, we ordered lobster and spinach served with tortillas, which were light, crispy, and perfectly warm. The restroom was tidy and pleasantly aromatic, not overly fishy, even though it was filled with beautifully shed lobster shells.
When our salads arrived, my wife enjoyed a Vinaigrette while I had Ranch dressing. There were some nuts in the salad, the type of which I couldn't identify, so those with allergies should take note. However, my wife loved her salad. A nice touch was the fresh ground pepper offered with the salads.
She ordered the Surf and Turf and found it amazing, cooked exactly as she had requested. It looked spectacular, especially the large lobster tail. I opted for the back ribs accompanied by a baked potato and fresh fruit. Although the potato was slightly overcooked, it was still very tasty. The ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, and the fruit was fresh and enjoyable. We were so full that we decided to skip dessert.
Nick promptly cleared our plates and handled the check. The service was outstanding. Thank you, Nick and Firebirds, for making my wife's birthday celebration truly unforgettable!"
