"When I attempted to call the restaurant using the number provided in the DoorDash app, no one answered, and the phone just kept ringing. It appears that DoorDash doesn’t actually handle deliveries for this restaurant, which left me feeling abandoned, as DoorDash customer support informed me that I needed to handle any issues directly with the restaurant. Despite having placed, paid for, and received confirmation of my order through the DoorDash app, I was told they couldn’t assist me at all.
This was by far my worst experience with both the restaurant and DoorDash. I would not recommend either."
