"My favorite salad place. I recognize that it is not the highest in quality, but it is a salad and you pay at most $10 per salad. They also go beyond and beyond for their customers. They are not calculated separately to turn off a topping for avocado. The meat is not an extra price on the salad. There are a variety of dressings, including green goddesses that are rarely found in salad shops. And if you are not satisfied enough, look at their Instagram they are always free prices and vouchers. She was incredibly patient, explained the ingredients of various salads, provided great recommendations, and clearly took great care in preparing each salad. "We ordered 5 salads from the mill creek Delaware location. And yet again it was messed up. Order/check 221020153636361. We stopped ordering from salad works because our orders are never correct. We decided to give it another try. All of our salads came but there is not even 1 dressing . We called the store and we're told yeah that is an ongoing problem but she is too busy to send the dressings out and asked us to come get them. We ordered it for delivery and paid all of the delivery fees because we don't have cars to drive there . It's unacceptable that this continues to happen . $60 down the drain . We will never order from salad works again"

"First, if you come here bring cash. The credit card machine ALWAYS has problems and the employees complain about it too. Today the woman in front of me had issues paying with a credit card. I paid with cash. The salads and toppings are usually fresh and the choice of toppings is pretty good. I am glad they have avocado as a topping but I wish they hadn 't gotten rid of the mushrooms. The dressing are pretty good but get them on the side because they may put too much on. I wish they would add the apple cider vinegar again as an option again. The service is hit or miss. There used to be a male manager there all the time who was great and left around 2022 maybe early 2023. Today was a miss. The young woman making the salads went from handling cash to making salads without putting on new gloves. Another young woman rang me up. I handed her a $2 paper coupon for soup (the soup is insanely expensive so I would never buy it without a coupon). My meals sounded too high and I asked for my receipt. Sure enough, the $2 discount was never applied. I went back and told her and that was when the attitude showed up. Her response was that she must not have pressed the register hard enough for the discount. Ok..then she asked if I wanted my coupon back lol. I said no I wanted the $2 and I got the mean look in return like I was unreasonable. She asked the other young woman how to do it and we processed the transaction. She felt she was inconvenienced. A sorry about that to the customer would have been nice. The thing that keeps me coming back are the rewards. Definitely download it on your phone and ask for a receipt because you may need to scan the bar code on the receipt using the app on your phone to get the rewards point since the scanner there that adds the reward points often doesn 't work (as it did not tonight but the cashier never checked). So decent salads... but service is lacking and they need to upgrade their technology."

"I 've been to this location and the now closed Short Pump location many times. I used to really enjoy coming here on my lunch break. Let me also say that I 've supported this restaurant all through the past two years when times weren 't normal. I 've gotten carry out on multiple occasions, and I 've also ordered a number of times from the food truck.Unfortunately since during and after COVID I 've just had way too many experiences where I 've felt unwelcomed. There is always plenty of seating inside, but during my visit today during lunch there was not one person inside. In other recent visits the place has also been basically empty. The staff to me are the restaurant 's biggest problem. They literally make customers feel like they are a burden as soon as you walk in the door. There is never anyone one working up front when you enter, instead they always come out from the back giving you the impression you 've interrupted whatever they were just doing doing. Tik Tok maybe?? After you order, while one person prepares your meal the other is already ringing you up at the register and hollering the total down the line to you while you are still in the process of your order with the other person. Today, as well as every other recent visit, instead of ever being asked if you 're eating in or if you want your order to go, it just gets put in a bag in a to go container. Basically they 're like ok, here 's your salad now please leave. That was not said obviously, just the vibe they give you. I ate my meal in the car, and honestly the ambience was better. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I 'm not wearing a mask anymore, especially in a completely empty restaurant, that the masked, self-righteous woke staff feel the need to ostracize me every time I come in there? Aren 't we beyond that level ridiculousness?Regarding the food, it was ok, and I 'll give the food one extra star. I mean its hard to screw anything up if it has bacon on it...even a salad, right? I am, however, amazed that a restaurant featuring salads doesn 't have romaine lettuce as an option for greens. Lastly, I 'll say that I don 't need a response asking for another chance. Scrolling through the reviews I 've seen a lot of that. Truth is that I 've given a lot of chances already and this review should have been left six visits ago. I 'll wish the ownership best of luck. I don 't want to see this business close like they had to do with the Short Pump location, regardless of whether I patronize them again or not. I think the current staff representing the company are doing it a great disservice."

"This is by far the worst saladworks i’ve ever been to. I have given it 3 chances and each time it’s awful. They have 13 year olds with braces making and serving the food. They are not properly trained at all. The kid filled up my salad half way and charged me $12 for it LOL. The first time I ordered a soup, they ran low and he filled it up half way and showed it to me and said “we ran out, is this good?” no sir, that’s not good but thanks. This time I got a salad and soup, the salad was half filled again and the soup was COLD. Not even a little warm, just cold. This place is too expensive to be messing up food like that. I’m shocked by all of the good reviews. Disgusting, don’t go here."

"Good food, friendly service, loud music, price high for what you get. We visited for a light supper. Well lit and inviting restaurant. Staff that greeted us were friendly and quite helpful. For some reason I found the menu board could have been clearer. I ordered a grilled caesar salad, my wife got a half grilled turkey panini and bowl of baked potato soup. The service was quick and the food was prepared right there in front of us. It is a self service restaurant, not table service. My salad was very good. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and broken into proper bite sized pieces. Chicken was just cubes couldn't tell if it had been grilled, but it was fresh, as we're the rest of the ingredients. Only problem I had with the salad was the bowl. The shallow sides made it quite hard to mix the salad without spilling. And it kept sliding around. The sandwich, my wife says, was very good. The soup, on the other hand, was average at best. The atmosphere, if you would call it that, was typical fast food. (Not that you go to Salad works for the atmosphere). The music was quite loud, making a conversation more challenging. Prices, I felt, were on the high side for what you get. If I had gotten the same food at a sit down restaurant on real plates and flatware, the price would be ok. But for sell service and plastic plates and forks, it strikes me as a bit high. But, important thing I guess, my salad was very good."

"The workers at this location are very unfriendly and always seemed to be upset about something. The customer service is very poor. They treat you based on how you look. I work in the area and would go to salad works for a nice salad. I visited this particular location several times and every time I would order a kids meal size salad. The serving bowl they use is always dirty with lint inside and out of container. I had to ask for my salad to be made over twice and would explain the bowl has dirt and dust in it. We'll my last visit the young lady at the register said it's because their apron has dirt and dust so its probably rubbing off on the container it's kept on the bottom shelf. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I felt she told me this because I'm a black woman. The staff there never apologized just got annoyed that I complained about a dirt tray. smh I will not be returning."

"So, I placed an order via the online app, for convenience because as we all know, lunchtime can get a little more than hectic. I placed my order around 12 for pickup at 1. That’s a whole hour. Not to mention there was a downpour. I got to the store at about 1:20. I approached the order pickup area and was greeted by an associate who looked through the orders(there were about 6) but was unable to locate mine. She proceeds to ask another associate if she received/fulfilled the order. Just my luck, nope! Then, she asks the supervisor to come over and she does. She looks over the same salads in the pickup area for my name. Then, heads back to the computer where the orders are printed. She asked if I could show her an order receipt. I did not have my phone on me, so I had to go back to the car to retrieve it. I walk back in and head over to the pick up area yet again only to have to wait another 3 minutes for her to look at my order on my phone. She then prepared my order, walks over and hands it to me. Ok, so what happened?? Like was the order received or did someone handoff my order to someone else? Because there’s a printed sign that says” please show your proof of order/confirmation” something to that degree. At the end of the day, what are we honoring? No one apologized, nor was the supervisor at liberty to tell me what happened. I ordered online to save time. Instead, mine was wasted. Not good for business. 2 stars based on the quality and quantity of the salad."

"Arrived at 7:58pm to a girl locking the door. It's says they are open until 9pm online and on the door. Another girl came over and just threw her hands up at me and my husband and laughed at us. It would have taken 5 seconds to come over to the door and just politely explain why the hours don't match and we would have been understanding. We both just got done 15 hour shifts and were really looking forward to something healthy for dinner. "I usually enjoy this restaurant, so when I was at the mall and saw they had their wrap deal, I decided to grab two. Unfortunately, the employee who prepared our order mixed up the dressings on my daughter's wrap. She asked for French dressing but ended up with ranch, which was disappointing since that's not the flavor she was hoping for. Despite this issue, I still really like this place! I often get the half salad with a panini, and it’s absolutely delicious! It’s a great healthier option at a mall food court!"
