"We have ordered from this restaurant three times. The first time, everything was delicious and we decided to make it our new go-to burger spot. The second time, we ordered through DoorDash and the driver made a detour to pick up another order, resulting in our food arriving cold. Despite this, we still ate it. However, on our third and final order, the food arrived cold again. The onion rings were of low quality, resembling frozen fast food rings. The truffle fries were lackluster, with only a few seasoned fries. The Boss Burger, which was visually appealing with double patties, caramelized onions, and chipotle sauce, turned out to be a thin, overcooked patty with minimal toppings. The Bourbon-based double cheeseburger was also overcooked and lacking in flavor. Overall, the food did not justify the high prices. This was a disappointing experience."
