"I ordered ravioli to go for lunch and picked it up and when I opened my bag at work, there was no fork inside. Why would you not put a utensil inside of a to go bag? When I called them to let them know that they didn’t put a fork, I was told that they’re on the other side of the counter. Wouldn’t that have been helpful to know earlier? Could have told me that when I picked up my order. Is it that hard to just throw a fork inside of a bag? Or to tell me to grab a fork? my fault for assuming you guys would include a plastic fork when I order $17 ravioli to go at 12pm on a weekday. Clearly picking it up during my lunch break at work. Where am I supposed to find a fork now, should I eat it from the aluminum like a dog? This place is ridiculous"
