"Ordered Bear soup Deli in Davison friday. Sandwhich was amazing as usual. Just disappointed in their customer service as far as orders go. Ordered at 11am (took several calls to even get through) they had the soup i ordered but when i went to pick up they didnt have any left and didnt set it aside for me. Would be fine, but was not informed until i got there to pick up.....and then they got upset visibly when i asked for future orders, if it is normal that they do not pull soups aside when ordered. They stated that it said limited and they were busy. The lady kept foing on about how busy they are at lunchtime and i should come see it. First of all doesnt matter if you are busy, an order is an order you should be setting it aside or informing that you dont do that. Second of all, is this really how Davison businesses treat customers? Ask a question, and they instantly start getting snippy with you? I only asked because i wanted to be sure i knew for the next time. Was i disappointed absolutely, but i was not being rude and should never have been talked to that way. They are always busy. Too bad. Great sandwiches, though."
