"as a faithful parade of this place I have been disappointed for years about the customer service that has been shown to me since I have tried to fix a mistake of this restaurant. No one could help me, apparently no one was responsible, and several employees suspended the phone in the middle of me and when I called back, they refused to answer the phone. I asked if we could work together for a solution and was filled with the answer “I can’t help them” all this treatment that I endure about a hamburger. sometimes it's okay to do right from the customer. at the end of the day it is always better to keep a customer than lose after 10 years."
