"I absolutely loved the lunch from this place! I went to Chinatown to get some shrimp lo mein, but it was either too expensive or I felt like I was being treated poorly, so I left. With only half an hour for lunch, I walked into this restaurant and found exactly what I was craving. The food was hot, delicious, and only around $4, allowing me to return to work on time. "I ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere or anything like that. However, I was very pleased with the Hunan dish I chose; the beef was tender, and the shrimp and vegetables were cooked perfectly in a sauce that had just the right level of spice (I requested medium heat). My granddaughter also approved of the lo mein. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because of the spring rolls. While they were nice and crispy on the outside, the inside was quite mushy. I might try the egg rolls next time instead. Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely plan to order from this restaurant again."

"These reviews are quite interesting! I always order from this restaurant, and the food is definitely good, especially the popular dishes you typically find at Chinese places. The only item I don’t enjoy is the boneless spare ribs, as they tend to be too fatty for my taste. On the other hand, I love the fried dumplings—they're absolutely delicious! The service could be improved a bit, but given how busy they are, especially in the afternoons and evenings, I can understand why."

"Asian Pearl is hands down one of the best spots on the island for delicious Asian food! My bf loves Chinese while I'm a sushi lover so this restaurant is perfect because they have a HUGE menu with selections in Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. I have never had a bad experience in the last few years I been ordering. Whenever I call for a pickup order their is usually a young man or woman who answers and they're always so polite and read your order back to you, which so many places don't do it so I love that they do! Food is always ready promptly and always delicious! Highly reccomend coming here!"

"It used to be my favorite restaurant, but now it's disappointing! The food was swimming in oil, and there were no vegetables or eggs. I could barely find a few small pieces of chicken, maybe three pieces of pork, and three shrimp in what was supposed to be a large house special fried rice. "It was good the first couple times I tried it. I got food from them and ate some one day and the rest the next day. I found a clump of hair in my rice on day 2 and called right away. No refund was offered and I didn't want the food remade because it could happen again. She argued back and forth with me on the phone about how i waited until the next day. But how would I have known there was hair to call about if I didn't find it the next day? DISGUSTING...will never order from there again"

"DO NOT EAT HERE! We ordered the vegetable lo mein and the pork fried rice. We found BUGS in our food. We only discovered this after we left the area so we were not able to go back to the restaurant and ask for our refund. We had to call and the woman absolutely refused. We were yelled at and argued with the entire phone call which ended with an abrupt hang up. She would not give us our money back but instead offered us more food. Why would I want MORE food from a place that served us bugs? The customer service was almost as garbage as the food was."

"I had never visited this restaurant, but my family was hungry for Chinese food as it was Chinese New Year. I had ordered my food by phone and apparently thought I was ordering from the restaurant, but I wasn't. Apparently I ordered through grub hub pickup for the restaurant. This was a complication with my order that no one had encountered before and they said they didn't even have the service. The staff member researched the issue quickly and was friendly about it even though it was not encountered before and was incredibly busy. The Staff member showed me where the right number was for the restaurant on my phone. This was my first encounter with the restaurant and was a good experience even though there were complications as he was friendly and positive to get the issue resolved. The food was excellent and was packaged well for my pickup! I really appreciate the time and effort the staff member took to process my order quickly even though it was ordered unusually for them. The restaurant was decorated really nicely for the year of the Tiger as well. They seem to have plenty of seating despite the small front of the restaurant,cehich makes the restaurant smaller than it actually is. I also found out this restaurant has a buffet while I was there. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again for that buffet and for the great food. If you are ordering through Google Maps, order from the main number of the restaurant on the main page of the restaurant in Google maps, that is if you are ordering to pick up your food.
