"The first time we went to Royal Dragon, about a year ago, we were pleasantly surprised with the food, the friendly waitress and the prices. We liked it enough that we invited friends to meet us there a few weeks later for our monthly dinner out. That one also went quite well. We hadn't been back until a couple weeks ago and this time we were disappointed. The service was fine, though not nearly as good as previously but the food just wasn't nearly as good. The chicken in the sweet Sour chicken was dry and tasteless underneath the sweet sour coating. The rice was just okay. We probably won't be back."
