Fortunately, I checked my order before heading home. When I went back to request a refund, the owner, Harry, had the management team on the phone with him because they didn't have an efficient system in place for processing refunds, even for online orders. Now I'm left to trust their assurance that I'll get my refund in a few hours, as they don’t even have a way to provide a receipt for it at the store. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and it seems that this kind of issue is not uncommon at Dickey's BBQ Pit and their other ghost kitchens."
