Sometimes you need just enough food to say you had dinner when all you want is the birthday cake and ice cream, and that 's when Chi Mc Chicken may be just what you need. Culturally, fried chicken is a food that crosses over a multitude of cultures with its often marvelous, sweet, and crispy appeal. And, while I can 't tell you what is so indicitvely distinct about Korean fried chicken. I can tell you that it did deliver last Friday at a teenager birthday celebration. It cost a pretty penny via Door Dash, but the Soy/Hot wings were a winner. We ordered 16, flats and drums and only got one minu-cup of sauce. If there 's a criticism, it 's that they could and should provide more than one on the largest order option for wings. We got seasoned fries that were great but heated up terribly dry the next day, FYI. We got the spicy pork, veggie rice, and mozzarella sticks. We were pleased with all items. The veggie rice is well seasoned, and the wings, while described as hot, were not very hot...and that 's OK because the flavor was delicious. They were very crispy the night purchased but heated up with significantly less crunch and, while the flavor and tender meat quality held up, the crunch was disappointingly gone. The spicy pork was a real scene stealer. It was quite spicy leaving a tang and picante on my tongue and lips....over a bed of white fluffy rice. This dish is something I would definitely purchase again"
