"The food was exceptional, but the service was extremely poor. We arrived at 5:15 and sat for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. It took another 10 minutes to receive our drinks and place our order, and then we waited an additional 30 minutes for the appetizer. After that, we waited another 30 minutes for our pizza. Meanwhile, we watched as takeout orders were rapidly coming out of the kitchen while our order seemed to be overlooked. We weren't checked on for drink refills, and although we were often told that our food would be out soon, we struggled to get anyone to stop by for drinks. When our pizza finally arrived, it was fantastic—featuring a beautiful, crunchy thin crust, a nice cheese, a sauce with just a hint of heat, and well-cooked toppings. The nacho chips for the appetizer were decent, but they tasted like regular store-bought Tostitos. I wouldn’t recommend dining in; opt for takeout instead, as you'll receive your food much faster."
