"Crowded Layout. Genghis would probably be a great place if it was designed better. Small tables packed close together run right next to where the line forms for the buffet. The claustrophobic feeling that generates aside, the all-you-can-eat option isn't a very good choice during dinner hours, as it takes nearly 15 minutes in the buffet line to get through, then another 10 for your bowl to be cooked. At nearly a half-hour per plate, half of that time which is spent not enjoying time with your party at a table, this definitely is not somewhere to go with friends you wish to catch up with, but maybe instead a blind date you need escape options from."
