"Stout is a great BAR to go hang with a few friends, get loud, watch the game and chill. It is not a family spot or a first date spot- its a loud place and you can't hear each other. Food is ok but nothing spectacular. Service was slow and inconsistent. We had to flag down our waitress a few times. It's not a place I would plan to go but will definitely visit if I'm in the area."

"Decent selection of beers in tap and a full bar. There is food available and the bar area is quite extensive. My only qualms are that despite there being 3 or 4 bartenders, there was a quite a wait to get a drink at any given time with just a decent sized crowd (I'd say 3/4 capacity) There is an upstairs as well. They are close to grand Central and have the train times up just in case which is helpful for some. All in all not a bad place for a watering hole in the city."
