"I watched several people walk in, place their orders, and receive their food within seven minutes, while I waited for over 20 minutes. I saw them preparing my order, but then they set it aside behind the counter. When I finally asked a staff member if my order was ready, she told me they were still working on an item I hadn’t even ordered. It took her another five minutes to realize my food was just sitting behind her. When she eventually handed it to me, she asked if I could come get it myself.
I’m not interested in waiting 20 minutes for my food only for it to sit there for another five and get cold. The food here is good, but the service is seriously lacking."
