"After visiting nearly every Korean restaurant in Saint Louis, MO, Springfield, MO, and the surrounding areas, I can confidently say that Bulgogi House is the best and most authentic Korean restaurant you can find. Some of the negative reviews I've come across seem to stem from unfortunate timing. The restaurant is often low on staff, typically just the owner and two kitchen ladies. As a result, after busy service hours, tables may be left dirty while they prepare for new customers. However, you simply can't go wrong with the food here. In fact, it tastes better than most Korean restaurants I've experienced, both in Korea and the U.S. As a Korean myself, I can attest to this quality. The portions are generous, and you receive unlimited side dishes at no extra charge—only the rice incurs a small fee of about $1 for refills. I will truly miss this place when I have to move! During my four years here, I've explored many other Korean spots, and none compare. Plus, Bulgogi House accepts card payments, unlike Cafe Korea and Koba, which only take cash."
