"Wow! I think we've found one of the best authentic Italian restaurants in Georgia, and it’s not a chain! The caprese salad was absolutely delightful, and the calamari was lightly battered and remarkably tender. I chose the lentil soup with Italian sausage balls and spinach, which was simply fabulous. For my main course, I had ravioli stuffed with chicken, spinach, and goat cheese, all in a white wine cream sauce—truly a heavenly experience. The pasta was light, thin, and tender, and the filling was perfectly balanced—not too heavy or thick. After chatting with Chris, one of the managers, we learned that the food is organic and fresh, never frozen, and he even showed us how they make their pasta fresh every day. And we can't forget the cheesecake for dessert! We took home the leftovers after just one delicious bite—amazing! Plus, the portions are generous, so you're sure to have leftovers to enjoy. I can't wait to finish mine tomorrow!"
