"I went in here, because people said it was good. I love me some good seafood. The place looked clean. It was dinner time and it was getting semi busy. They sat us down, and we waited for a waitress. It felt like 15 min before she could get our drink order, and by that time we were ready to order. We placed our orders when she took our drink orders. I brought my two kids and my husband. My kids got chicken tenders, fries, and Mac and Cheese. For me I ordered oysters and shrimp. My husband ordered just shrimp. We waited almost an hour for our food, which to me is unacceptable. I understand restaurants are struggling...but all I ask is communication. I can understand why my baby started throwing a tantrum. He had been waiting awhile, and he was hungry. Every time we asked our waitress what was going on she said she would check...and three times she said it will be right up. I was not ok with this. Then we actually received the food. After waiting at least the food was hot, but I was disappointed in the food. It was terrible. The Mac and cheese was flavorless, the batter on the shrimp was terrible and was extremely greasy, the fries were also super greasy...my kids thought the chicken tenders were good, but looking at previous food pics..mour tenders did not look like how they were supposed to look. Ours were just bleh, but my kids were hungry so they ate it. However, I did enjoy the oysters. I know this business must have had a bad day...and they have potential to improve, but everything that happened put me off. I'll eventually come back, but not anytime soon, and hopefully things will be better."
