"This was the worst service experience I have ever had as a customer. They served me a dish with a strange and inedible object in it, and when I complained, they responded by asking me what I wanted them to do about it. Despite my continued complaints and request for a refund, they argued with me and ended up charging my card an additional $7 instead of refunding me as promised. When I went back to complain and retrieve my money, the manager started swearing and calling me names. This was an unacceptable experience."
