"Hands down best hush puppies I have ever eaten! They arrived at the table with the most Perfect golden brown deep fried outer shell, and the moment I cut that ball of spectacular goodness in half I knew it was going to a magical ride for the taste buds, and it was!!!! The combo of crispiness and super moist flavorful center with the mild dipping sauce made for an incredible explosion of taste and excitement all in one bite. Because of these magnificent balls of happiness I was pumped and could not wait for our meals to arrive. I won't go in to much detail because every place has an off night, but neither myself or my wife really touched our dinners. The staff was super happy and nice, we just wish our waitress had been more available (only two other tables had customers) like I said before every place has an off night here and there, I will be giving them another chance next time in NYC hopefully I can add two more stars. The place was clean, the piano player was great, and the lady behind the bar calling everyone honey made it feel warm and welcome."
