"We took our family out for ice cream, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a banana split in a cup, but when my order arrived, it was a banana split Blizzard instead. I kindly informed the server that I didn’t want it as a Blizzard, but she responded rudely, holding up the Blizzard and shouting, "Does anyone want this for free? I'm just going to throw it away." Eventually, she handed me a banana split in a boat, and when I tried to clarify that I wanted it in a cup, she rolled her eyes and insisted, "This is the only way you can make a banana split," before walking away. Additionally, the women’s restroom was out of order, the tables were sticky with ice cream, and the staff was consistently rude and unprofessional."
