"The usual average food and below average service in a nice setting. I don't think the manager or head waiter overlooks new waiters or any working waiters well because the same slow issue has been consistent over the past year or more. Attitude of my last waitress was poor. In comparison to the numerous other West V restaurants, food is average or a little below. Excellent wine list."
